We ship only within Canada by either UPS or Canada Post. 

 

Items will be shipped on weekdays only. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped out the following week.

RETURNS

 

Items purchased on our website may be brought back to our store or shipped back to us via Canada Post or UPS. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping and for any items lost in the mail. 

 

Items purchased on our website may be returned for refund within 10 days of purchase, provided that products are accompanied by all manuals, accessories and original packaging. 

 

There are no returns on in-ear headphones for hygienic reasons.

 

Shipping costs will be reimbursed for items deemed to be defective upon our inspection.

ENVIRONMENTAL HANDLING FEES

Environmental handling fees (EHFs) are collected on products made with materials such as metal, glass, and plastic that can be recycled into other products. These fees are used to support provincial recycling and disposal programs. EHFs are also collected on products that may contain substances that are hazardous to the environment. We charge EHFs on items that we sell, ship to, deliver to or pick up in provinces or territories where we are required to do so. You will see the handling fee amount during the checkout process.
