David, simply put, whether it be a special order or a post sales product defect - has consistently provided me with a superlative audio/video consumer experience. David (and your associated staff) have been gracious with their time/knowledge and, repeatedly, demonstrated a client commitment/respect that is sadly lacking in most retail environments today. Your slogan indicates “it’s personal”, very true - but BBR also is very professional.

BBR may be one of the best audio video stores on the planet, but it is the customer focus and service that makes it number one, period!
