Since undertaking a major renovation last year that opened up the chance to redefine our level of audio-visual enjoyment, we've benefitted greatly from the hands-on guidance of your team member, Ryan Wright. We wanted to transform the way we experienced music in all rooms of our house and take advantage of our dedicated media room to boost our movie experience. Over the months of our project, Ryan has exceeded our expectations with his patient, friendly, knowledgeable and proactive advice and counsel. Here I sit in my cottage listening to the new system I got from David Wong at your store. What a fantastic job that David did. He wrote out step-by-step instructions on how to install everything. I'm challenged with this sort of thing but with David's instructions (and about 7 phone calls where he would talk me through each step) I have an UNREAL system. With nearly 10,000 songs on my iPod and some great vinyl I couldn't be happier. You must be very proud of David and your whole crew. You run an amazing operation, thank you for making me so very happy.
