Our Cambridge radio performed beautifully until December 24th, when it broke down. At 6.30 p.m. your service technician David Yiu appeared at our door, new radio in hand and smile on his face! David took the time to set up the new radio, check that all was well and that he was leaving satisfied customers. You can be sure that Bay Bloor Radio was the topic of conversation on Christmas Day!
