I first bought stereo equipment from Bay Bloor Radio in 1974. Mr. Mandlsohn read one of his poems to me as the Sansui amplifier and Kef speakers were being prepared to take home. Although I intended this purchase as a lifetime investment, I did not realize I would return to the store with the same needs in September of [2008]. To my relief, I found the same trustworthy guidance as I had years before. David Wong offered me options patiently and methodically, as we moved through different price ranges to settle on the system I now enjoy. It is difficult for me to describe the extent of the knowledge and inter-personal warmth that he brought to this business transaction, but enthusiasm certainly made an important contribution. David not only helped me with transporting the new system, he offered to come by on the weekend and install it in my living room. It is assuring to know that Bay Bloor Radio continues to offer the same excellent sales and service which led me there thirty-four years ago.
