I just wanted to tell you how much my wife and I appreciated the client service we recently received from Jeff Hazen. Last month we finally decided to replace our out-of-date TV and add a surround sound system. We started your search with some of your competitors like Best Buy and Future Shop. At your store we were greeted by Jeff and spent the next hour or so learning more about what we really wanted. We found Jeff to be a true professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and his friendly and humorous approach made us feel very comfortable. We concluded we were in the right place. So, we just wanted to stay THANK YOU to Jeff, and to let you know we will be back! So will our friends.
