Delivery & Returns for In-Store Purchases

There will be an additional flat rate charge for locations outside the specified Toronto delivery region, plus an additional $50/hr travel time fee for delivery/installation.
CONNECTIVITY FEE - $100
We will connect your TV to your cable box, ensure that all internet connections are working with your new devices, update your TV and other devices with any firmware updates where required, and ensure that your remote control performs the required services as desired. We will give you a short tutorial on how to use your new system.
There are additional flat rate charges for services such as on-wall TV mounting, Sonos system configuration and installation, and remote control programming.
We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased as gifts by January 12, 2019. Products must be accompanied with an invoice and be in their original condition.
Stock items may be returned within 7 days or exchanged within 30 days for items of equal or greater value. Returns must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories, or may be subject to a restocking fee. No refunds or exchanges on specially ordered items. All items remain the property of Bay Bloor Radio until paid for in full.
For hygienic reasons, there are no returns on in-ear headphones.
Except for cases of faulty equipment, there are no returns on opened box headphones priced at $650 and up. We will make the best effort to ensure that customers investing in headphones are able to take the time in-store to try before they buy to ensure satisfaction with their purchase.
There are no returns on vinyl records or Blu-ray discs.
There are no returns on open styli or cartridges.
