Shop with confidence. If our price goes down within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund you the difference.

Return & Exchange Policy


Most stock items purchased on our website may be returned within 14 days for a refund, or exchanged within 30 days for items of equal or greater value. Exceptions, including headphones, are listed below.

 

Returns may be brought back to our Toronto store or shipped back to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and for any items lost in the mail. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

 

Returns and exchanges must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories, or may be subject to a restocking fee.

 

If an item is defective upon receipt, please notify us within 30 days of purchase so we can arrange an exchange. For issues following 30 days, we will work with you and the manufacturer within the scope of each brand’s warranty and service policies.

No returns/exchanges once opened for hygienic reasons.

 

POWERED SPEAKERS

15% restocking fee for returns of powered/active speakers above $1000.

 

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

No returns/exchanges.

 

STYLI / CARTRIDGES

No returns/exchanges once opened.

 

VINYL RECORDS

No returns/exchanges once opened.

 

We do not re-sell open box or used products as new; such items will be labeled and priced accordingly. Consequently, in rare situations following multiple returns, exchanges, and/or cancellations, we reserve the right to notify customers of limits or alterations to our return policy.

TV Warranty Service


Televisions that require warranty service beyond the first 30 days will require the manufacturer's input prior to being resolved. BBR can act as a liaison with the manufacturer on your behalf.
