Just book an appointment and bring in your old record player. David will balance the tonearm, adjust the overhang, check the stylus and optimize performance. It’s a great way to help protect your investment.
Our Service Policy
We service what we sell.
If something has gone wrong with an item you have purchased from us, and it is outside the manufacturer's warranty period, we will provide you with a timely repair estimate for your approval.
If the estimate is rejected, we ask that you retrieve your item within 15 days of the estimate date. Otherwise, we reserve the right to dispose* of the item.
If the estimate is accepted, we will ask you for complete payment and proceed with the repair. Upon completion of the repair, we will contact you to retrieve your item. We will store the item for 30 days from that point, and unless otherwise mutually agreed, we reserve the right to dispose* of the item beyond the 30 day period.
You will be asked to sign your estimate to ensure you have agreed to these terms prior to repair.
If it is an item you did not purchase from us, we will gladly have a look at it to determine if we can service it, and if not, perhaps recommend another facility that could help. The same conditions regarding timing of retrieval and disposition apply.
Please note that Samsung or Sony TV issues after 30 days from purchase must be handled directly with the respective manufacturer.
