Our history of service started right at the very beginning. Bay Bloor Radio opened in 1946 as a tiny radio sales and repair shop. Founding owner Sol Mandlsohn used to boast that he could fix a radio in the time it took to smoke a cigarette (until his wife Peppie made him quit).
When you shop at BBR, you gain access to our industry-leading Service Department, with advisers and technicians standing by to assist with questions and troubleshooting.

Our Service Policy
Wherever possible, we service what we sell.
If something has gone wrong with an item you have purchased from us and it is outside the manufacturer's warranty period, we will gladly have a look at it to determine if we can service it, and if not, perhaps recommend another facility that could help. Before proceeding, we will always provide you with a repair estimate for your approval.
Please note that TV issues after 30 days from purchase must be handled directly with the respective manufacturer.
