Utilizing Knowles' new Dual-Diaphragm balanced armatures, coupled with our Phase Harmony Engineering and T.A.E.C., for an emotionally rich, intimate, and engaging sound.

Pensive and nostalgic, Emerald Sea brings a sweetness and warmth to music that will transport you to a place of comfort and familiarity. Feel the sun of your favourite tracks wash over you as you hear every detail of the crisp waves rolling by.

Andromeda exudes confidence in its handling of musical detail. It has high frequency extension that makes cymbals sparkle and expand past your listening horizon. Mids are fully resolved and uncoloured. And now, the bass features superior definition that is rich in both texture and volume.

Compared to previous versions, Andromeda Emerald Sea features expanded acoustic range, lower sensitivity that puts the listener in control, and a sweet analog glow and warmth to its sonic signature.

Andromeda ‘Emerald Sea’ features an all-new machined aluminum shell in the classic Andromeda Green. Updated with a smaller shape and smooth contours, it’s the most comfortable Andromeda yet.

This new shape, coupled with our new stainless steel fasteners and MMCX capture, creates an earphone that is sleek, striking, and wearable, while staying true to the legacy of the Campfire flagship.

Shaping the Waves

Dual-Diaphragm Balanced Armatures and Acoustic Geometry

Five all-new, custom, dual-diaphragm balanced armatures bring the latest in driver technology to Andromeda ES, with lower distortion and greater stability and resilience.

Dual-diaphragm is major advancement in the world of driver technology. Each of these drivers contains two self-contained diaphragms in their own chambers, driven by a single coil and armature. This additional diaphragm allows the driver to produce greater sonic output, creating a richer signal. These drivers also feature the added benefits of lower sensitivity, and extremely low harmonic distortion.

A single 3D-printed body continues to house Andromeda’s internal components, including its five drivers. A revised geometry has been precisely sculpted to improve sonic performance, with interior and exterior spaces and the relationships between them carefully studied. And the bonus of having the engineering doing the heavy lifting is fewer moving parts, and fewer moving parts means more reliable reference performance for the life of the earphone.

Andromeda includes a full complement of our new Time Stream cables. A soft and pliable jacket removes microphonics and reveals the silver-plated copper conductors. Complemented with gold plated and polished metal accents, our new Time Stream cables are part of what makes the new generation of Campfire earphones special.

Good things come in threes, and with 2.5mm, 3.5mm, and 4.4mm terminations all included, you’ll be sure always to have what you need to keep Andromeda ES the earphone of choice with all of your audio devices, including those that benefit from balanced output.

Dimensional Folding

All New Dual Pocket Leather IEM Wallet

Rounding out Andromeda’s presentation is our new premium carrying case, the Dimensional Folding Case. Dual mirrored pockets allow you to pack as needed to keep your portable HiFi setup in full swing. Magnetic clasps hold the case closed securely and open easily with one hand on demand. The premium leather protects your earphones naturally and beautifully in a complementary ‘Ocean Jasper’ Green finish. Cotton loops offer internal connections for carabiners, keyring hooks, and your favourite writing implements.

This case is designed by Campfire Audio and hand-made by our good friends and skilled craftspeople in Portugal. Andromeda ES has also been updated for 2024 with new simplified packaging. It's all still backed by a two-year warranty, and ultra-responsive customer support.
