1. Choose your model.

At our store in downtown Toronto, we have "universal" versions of Campfire's custom IEMs available for testing. While they won't perfectly conform to your ears like the final product will, they'll give you an idea of sound signature. Our expert staff can also assist you with selecting between artist and audiophile fit, and picking an accessory package.

2. First impressions.

Once your order is in, you'll need to have impressions taken of your inner ears. To make things easier, we've partnered with a nearby audiologist familiar with Campfire's specifications. Purchase at Bay Bloor Radio, and we'll cover the cost of international shipping and import fees in both directions for your Campfire impressions and CIEMs.

3. Campfire gets to work.

We'll ship your impressions to the Campfire Audio team in Portland, and they'll start building your custom fit in-ear monitors. Their engineers will optimize the shape and interior acoustic chambers to perfectly fit your ears and deliver the best possible sound. Before you know it, your bespoke set of Cascara will arrive.

Campfire Audio’s new Dual Magnet Dynamic Driver leverages an enhanced magnetic field to create greater efficiency, superior transient response, and precision diaphragm movement. This advanced audiophile transducer is characterized by a deep, emotionally resonant sound signature.

In Cascara, our Dual-Magnet Dynamic Driver is implemented as a single, full-range transducer. This creates the advantage of a cohesive sound that allows the strengths of the driver to shine through in-full. Coupled with careful tuning, and precise dampening, this driver brings out Cascara’s deeply engaging, bombastic sound signature. Custom Solid Body Build

Campfire Audio’s patented Solid Body Design allows driver installation directly into a single, precisely 3D printed ‘engine block’ that routes the sound to the listener and uses built-in geometry to tune and accent the drivers in an intentional and exact manner that elevates the listening experience for the user.

Each custom fit in-ear monitor begins with an ear impression. This impression is scanned into our system. Through our signature process, we manipulate the interior acoustic chambers of the Cascara design; arranging them in optimal position inside the shape of the impression. This also allows us the opportunity to optimize the performance of the IEM for your ear, resulting in a better-sounding IEM.

Additionally, this build style additionally improves the structural integrity within the earphone, and eliminates variables and points of failure that other forms of driver routing can be susceptible to.

Whether you're listening at home, flying coast to coast, or performing on stage, you'll get a great fit bespoke to your ears — no eartips needed. Campfire offers two custom fit style options to fit everyone's needs.

Audiophile Fit offers a shallow seal depth without the added length of traditional in-ear monitors for the stage. This fit is comfortable and is easy to enjoy wearing in a wide variety of conditions and locations. From a daily work commute to a studio mix-down, this is a great fit style for everyday use.
Artist Fit offers a more traditional CIEM seal depth to ensure the necessary sonic isolation and added security you need for demanding on-stage performances and movement. Extending deeper into the ear canal, this fit style is excellent for the professional musician and performer.

Pick a Colour

Choose a unique blue colourway, or pick classic black for a stealthy look. Every earphone features our 3D-printed housing matched with a stainless steel faceplate and spout.

Cascara features our new Time Stream Chromatic Series cables. Specifically designed for audio aficionados, each cable is crafted with enamelled silver-plated copper conductors and a non-migratory PVC jacket for enhanced durability. Equipped with custom-made MMCX connectors of copper and beryllium, these cables promise a longer lifespan. With 2.5mm, 3.5mm, and 4.4mm termination options all available, you’ll be sure always to have what you need to keep Cascara the earphone of choice with all of your audio devices, including those that benefit from balanced output.

When you purchase from Bay Bloor Radio, our expert staff will assist with each step of the custom fit process. Universal demo earphones are available in-store to assist you in selecting the right model.

In rare cases, customers may deem a minor fit adjustment to be necessary. One refit is offered free of charge by Campfire Audio for fit issues upon receipt; additional fees for further refits, major rebuilds, and re-engineering may apply beyond this. The cost of two-way international shipping, import, and brokerage for all refits is $49 + tax. Customers may alternatively choose to ship items back to Campfire at their own expense.
