12-inch (300mm) 3-way Bookshelf Loudspeakers with Stands

This Limited-Edition JBL L100 Classic loudspeaker package celebrates JBL’s 80 years of iconic loudspeakers.

The L100 Classic 80 features a beautiful oak wood veneer enclosure complemented by a brown Quadrex foam grille accented with a gold and black JBL Logo and black satin wood frame. Anniversary edition badges are found on the front and rear of the loudspeaker including a commemorative numbered plaque with the signature of the principal system engineer, Chris Hagen, as well as the individual pair number out of the total production run.

The L100 Classic 80 is sold as a matched pair system and includes a set of JS-150 floor stands. The entire system ships inside a specially crafted wooden crate. Production is limited to 800 pairs worldwide.

The original L100 production run included the L100, along with the subsequent L100A and L100 Century evolutions that quickly followed and ran thru the end of production in 1978. That fundamental compact 12-inch 3-way design is maintained in the L100 Classic with improvements made to the transducers, enclosure tuning, and crossover network design.

Designed by Chris Hagen, the same acoustic system engineer that created the L100T3 in 1988, the L100 Classic 80 has the same audio performance as L100 Classic MkII, and benefits from decades of JBL engineering prowess along with the world’s most advanced acoustic engineering resources available in HARMAN’s Northridge, California design center.
