HDMI 8K/60, 4K/120

Hyper Dynamic Amplifier Modules

Marantz developed our own discrete circuit boards called Hyper-Dynamic Amplifier Modules (HDAMs) to replace the chip-based op-amps used by most brands. Using discrete surface-mount components with short mirror-image left and right signal paths, HDAMs outperform regular integrated operational amplifiers dramatically in slew rate and noise level. The result is much more dynamic, accurate, and detailed sound. Over the years, Marantz has developed different HDAMs to fit the specific requirements of players and amplifiers. STEREO 70s uses the SA2 version.

STEREO 70s powers your speakers using tried and true Class A/B amplification. We specially select components for their sound quality and durability and tune the response of the amplifier to reproduce the warmth, detail, dynamics, and 3D spaciousness of the original recording.

Build a whole-home listening oasis by connecting other HEOS enabled devices to your home network. Synchronize rooms to the same audio or let them play independently. STEREO 70s also has Zone 2 audio out so you can connect it to power amp in another room. Or use the A+B speaker functionality to power a second pair of speakers in another room directly from STEREO 70s. 

 

Headphone Out—Wired or Bluetooth

Late-night listening is more enjoyable than ever with the ability to play though your favourite headphones. Connect wired headphones through the front panel port or use the Bluetooth output to connect to your wireless headphones.
