Featuring a dynamic driver and a custom micro planar magnetic driver, RAYS delivers powerful bass, crisp mids, and extended high frequencies. Thanks to the included USB-C DSP cable with remote and microphone, it's ideal for flexible communications and features a completely customizable sound signature to fit your use case.

Tuned for Hi-Fi and Gaming
RAYS excels in achieving ultra-low nonlinear distortion, providing a high upper limit in sound quality. With its default acoustic tuning closely aligned with the VDSF Target Response, it faithfully reproduces natural sound, allowing you to enjoy both exceptional music and precise audio for competitive gaming.
USB-C Cable
Rays incorporates a universal USB-C jack, enabling easy connection to mobile phones, computers, and tablets. This ensures zero-latency, high-speed digital audio transmission and delivers superior sound quality, eliminating concerns about adapters, delays, or loss of sound quality during signal transmission. A 1.5m USB-C to A extension cable is included for convenient desktop use.
Microphone for Calls
The USB-C cable features an in-line remote with microphone. The digital audio chip within features an embedded NPU that runs an advanced Al vocal enhancement algorithm for effective environmental noise cancellation. This technology surpasses analog microphones found on most wired earphones, improving vocal clarity for calls and gaming.
Hi-Fi Sound Card
Rays' USB-C cable is equipped with a high-performance Hi-Fi gaming sound card that features a four-layer gold sinking circuit and high-precision component design. The DAC within offers higher resolution, more accurate positioning, clearer imaging, richer details, and a punchier dynamic range than typical gaming headphones.
Customizable Sound
Thanks to the USB-C digital interface, users can customize their audio through a brand new professional tuning system. Parametric EQ allows adjustments in audio parameters such as filter type, frequency point, gain, and Q value. This enables players to achieve more accurate tuning tailored to their specific needs for various scenarios.
Preset Tunings
MOONDROP has partnered with professional e-sports players to specifically optimize the Rays for over 20 mainstream games, including Valorant, CS:GO, and Apex. Unlike traditional gaming earphones, Rays allows users to clearly and accurately discern the source of footsteps and gunshots. Additionally, all tuning configurations are included in Rays' built-in tuning sharing and downloading community, enabling easy one-click preset switching.
App + Web Interface
Rays can be tuned through a web browser via the "Online EQ" link on the Moondrop website. It's also compatible with the MOONDROP app on smartphones. Once an equalizer tuning is applied, the built-in DSP of the sound card stores the custom settings until new tuning is reapplied, even when connected to a different device. Due to iOS permission limitations with regard to data transfer, EQ cannot be changed from an iPhone or iPad. We recommend using a computer, saving the setting, then connecting to your iOS device.
