If you find the playback time of your PAL BT is noticeably reduced, it is probably time to invest in a replacement lithium ion battery.
Don't worry, the process is simple, just two little screws and your radio will be just as good as the day you brought it home. Bring your PAL BT in, and we can even help you do this in-store at our Service Department.

This replacement battery pack is compatible with the following Tivoli Audio products: PAL BT Gen 2
To determine if your PAL BT is Gen 2, please refer to the power input on the back of your unit. If labeled “9V 2A”, this is the correct battery for you.
