At Bay Bloor Radio, we've been designing and installing outdoor entertainment systems for decades. Needless to say, when Samsung introduced us to The Terrace — a 4K Smart TV made to live outdoors — we were excited.

Now that we've been installing The Terrace throughout Toronto, we've seen just how much our customers love this weatherproof TV. The ultra-bright picture and anti-reflection technology is truly impressive, making outdoor viewing not just possible, but spectacular.

The Terrace has now been updated with Neo QLED technology for Mini LED backlighting, precisely enhancing detail and contrast in both bright and dark scenes.

The Terrace Partial Sun is designed for placement and use in outdoor shaded environments. The TV can be partially exposed to ambient or non-direct sunlight, but direct sunlight should be avoided. Operable up to 122° F of ambient temperature; brightness may decrease to protect panel in certain high temperature and sunlight conditions.

Recommended viewing distance: 6.5 – 8.9 ft

Distances range derived from The Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE). They recommend the screen occupies a minimum of 30° of your field of view for a good, comfortable viewing experience, and 40° of your field of vision for a more immersive cinematic experience.
