Manufactured at our facility in Tullamore, Ireland, the in-house Sennheiser 42mm dynamic driver is where the magic happens. Meticulously tuned for fidelity, this high-end transducer resolves even faint nuances in your music. The tuning is carried forward and enhanced from the prior generation: exceptional transient response, rich mid-range detail, and an unapologetically dynamic bass presentation that moves with authority.
MOMENTUM 5 is tuned for everyday music lovers, and you don't need to be an audiophile to be impressed. The detail is stunning. Transitions from quiet to loud are effortless. Enjoy your music with exceptional focus and detail that is non-fatiguing, yet full-bodied and exciting with emphatic low-end and wide imaging. This is our best noise cancellation yet. We used twice as many microphones for ANC as the previous generation. And now, all eight of them are digital to make the quiet even more complete. The result? MOMENTUM 5 Wireless now achieves up to 3 times better noise cancellation across midrange frequencies than MOMENTUM 4 Wireless.

When it’s time to welcome the world back in, the Transparency Mode does it gently, preserving awareness without breaking immersion. This Sennheiser Wireless product includes a 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty.
Where possible and inventory permits, Bay Bloor Radio can assist with facilitating warranty claims with Sennheiser for products purchased at our store.
These warranty periods begin on the date of purchase of brand-new, unused products by the first end user and only applies to the original purchaser (first end user purchasing the product). Please retain your sales receipt (or your warranty certificate) as proof of purchase. Unless you submit a copy of your proof of purchase, which will be verified by your local Sonova Consumer Hearing GmbH service partner, you will be obliged to pay for any repairs that are carried out. Proof of purchase must state the date of purchase, point of purchase and name of the product.
If, within the applicable warranty period, the product is determined to have an original defect due to improper materials or workmanship, Sonova Consumer Hearing GmbH or their service partners will, without charge for labour or parts, repair or (at the discretion of Sonova Consumer Hearing GmbH) replace the product or its defective parts. Sonova Consumer Hearing GmbH may also at its discretion provide a partial or full credit of the original purchase price in exchange for the returned product.

- faults resulting from improper use (e.g. operating errors, mechanical damage, incorrect operating voltage) Proper use for the purposes of these warranties are defined as use of the product under the conditions stated in the instructions for use
- faults due to wear and tear
- any modification of products effected by the end user or a third party, unless Sonova Consumer Hearing GmbH has given its prior written consent to the nature and extent of the modification. For the avoidance of doubt, approved modifications will not void the warranty.
- faults due to force majeure
- faults of which the purchaser was already aware at the time of purchase
All warranty claims become void if the product is tampered with by unauthorised persons or repair shops. Further, these warranties are voided by removal or alteration of identification labels, serial numbers or safety labels on the product or its parts.
