The Tangent Tuner III is the third generation of Tangent’s compact radio tuner, building on the strengths of the popular Tuner II. With support for internet radio and FM, it brings modern radio sources together in one elegant and easy-to-use solution.

Using the advanced Skytune module, the Tuner III gives access to thousands of radio stations from around the world via internet radio. It can be connected to your network via WiFi or Ethernet (RJ45), ensuring flexible and stable operation in both classic hi-fi systems and modern network environments.

Clear and balanced sound

Tuner III delivers convincing sound quality thanks to its built-in 16-bit / 48 kHz stereo DAC and a signal-to-noise ratio above 92 dBA. It features both analogue RCA output and optical digital Toslink output, making it easy to integrate with preamplifiers such as the Tangent PreAmp III or other hi-fi components.

Design and operation

With its compact dimensions and clean Scandinavian design, the Tuner III fits naturally into the Ampster III series and any modern interior. It is supplied with a system remote control, allowing seamless operation alongside other Tangent electronics, while the front display provides clear information about stations and settings.

Packaging note: Tangent products are imported from Europe. Please note that factory seals are broken on all Tangent products, to allow for a North American power cord (110V) to be included.
